The NETIS Championship program is an employee reward system based on Top Management nominations.
The program is designed to recognize employees who exemplify in their workplace on how they accomplish their job duties.

The prizes of the program in 2022 are : 
1- The Employee of the Year in each NETIS affiliate
2- The NETIS Group Champion
